Imagine that you’ve walked into the store and started looking at a new pair of sneakers. You see so many brands, so many types, and so many colors. Your eyes can’t focus on one thing because of the infinite number of the best sneakers in the world right in front of them.

This concept is known as "cognitive load" and makes every decision much harder. To eliminate such situations, you decide what you want and don’t want. Remember that your main choice shouldn’t be the best, but it should be comfortable for your life.
