1. Templates for Framer

Framer is a new no-code tool for web development. I’ve been using it to create the site for my agency, about which we’ll talk a little bit later. It has a cool UI, and it’s not difficult to learn all the basic features of creating a website.

It contains a ton of templates, mockups, and other resources that are speeding up and simplifying the process of developing a beautiful website. Even your entire Figma design can be pasted into Framer.

After designing your template, you may sell it on websites like the Framer Store or Creative Market or share it with the Framer community. Simply submit your own template by going to the “Templates” tab on the website.

Framer has an affiliate program, which is another great way to earn some extra cash. For instance, I’ve applied for it recently and can now easily share the affiliate link that will give you 3 free months on a Pro annual subscription and will give me a little bonus.

2. Design Agency

Many of you don’t know, but I’ve recently opened my own UI/UX design agency. We specialize in creating the best possible design for your website, mobile app, or everything that can be seen on the internet.

Since I’ve been a senior UI/UX designer for almost 3 years, I’ve made the decision to slightly automate this process. The plan is really simple: I look for tasks on freelancing marketplaces like Upwork and Fiverr and then refer them to my team of experts.

Some of the larger projects I manage myself, but I delegate most of them and keep a small portion of each order. In other words, I can passively earn 10–15% of this order while my coworkers handle the entire process of designing it!

We have already finished more than five major projects, such as an online store, a website for the portfolio, and a marketplace for the NFT collection.

3. Gumroad Digital Services

Another excellent option to develop a new passive income stream is through Gumroad. If you don’t already know, it’s simply a platform that makes it easier for you to sell and manage your digital product or service.

I’ve only been using this platform for a short while, but I’ve already had over 18,000 people browse all of my digital products, and I’m pretty happy with the outcomes!

The idea is straightforward — you just turn something into a template and sell it endlessly! You can buy or download templates of a few of my most popular designs from my Gumroad page.

4. Medium Partner Program

I’ve been writing on Medium for more than two years and have achieved pretty decent results. I’ve had over 700,000 views and more than 100 articles. By getting some views and attracting an audience, the Medium Partner Program pays me each month.

The sum is pretty volatile, and different months can range from $1,000 to $3,000. However, in December of the previous year, I earned exactly $4,282 which is the highest earning month in my whole career!

I also earn around $200 each month because of my affiliate subscribers. In other words, people are paying $5 each month for the Medium subscription, and I’m getting a little percentage from this sum.

5. Generating Prompts for ChatGPT

ChatGPT has boomed just recently, not including the fact that they’ve launched the most advanced machine learning algorithm called GPT-4 in the past month. I love it and always use it for my everyday life, just like millions of other users!

Therefore, many users are still struggling to come up with the finest prompts or the best instructions for writing effective prompts for ChatGPT. You can help in that situation!

Simply combine your favorite prompts into a Notion database and start selling them on Gumroad or other digital marketplaces. It’s a great opportunity right now; many people are searching for these databases and can pay you literally anything just to get the right prompts.

You should realize, nevertheless, that it must be very distinctive if you want people to recognize the value of purchasing your goods.

Making prompts for ChatGPT may be a creative and successful side job with the right amount of time and effort.
